SG JP server lag spike

I have been experiencing unstable connection frequently when connected to JP and SG servers recently I would like to report this. Below is a screenshot of my character stayling idle at the hideout while connected to the JP server, the latency goes up and down for both servers randomly. It has been like that for almost a week already.

I have already checked and made sure it is not a hardware issue.
