Gameplay issues

Keep having gameplay issues on my PS5. Screen freezes and then I'm kicked out of the game. It's happened at least 10 times since Friday.

I've already followed guides and cleared the cache after deleting the game, then rebuilding the database, and reinstalled game. But it has still happened.

Please help
