Disconnected 5 (update: 6) times in 24 hours while using flicker strike

I have been disconnected and sent to the login screen 5 times within 24 hours while using flicker strike. This never happened to me until I started playing flicker strike. It mostly happened while fighting harbingers, but I just had it happen during an ultimatum where there were no harbingers. Each time, the game seems to stutter and slow down for a second, then I am at the login screen. Returning to the game, my portals are gone along with all the juice I put into them and the items on the ground.

Others have suggested locktep mode, but I always play in lockstep and have for a long time. I have my graphic settings pretty low despite playing on an RTX 4090.

Edit: for some reason, my portals were still up after the ultimatum instance. Maybe it was a different cause, but it looked the exact same except for that.

Edit 2: It just happened again, within an hour of my post, in a necroplois map while fighting regular monsters from an abyss. Lost the portals upon return.
