GGG Support is Trolling

About a year ago, my account was stripped of all items in Standard league without me knowing it (I'm not exactly when it was stripped). A couple of days ago, I redownloaded the game, noticed the issue, and immediately emailed support at support@ggg.com. As expected, they responded with, 'We can't really help you roll back the account.' I wasn't too concerned about rolling it back because it's just Standard league. My main request was for them to check the logs to see if my account had been hacked or accessed from a different location without me receiving a security code. Instead, they locked my account for a day without any updates and then came back [Removed by Support]

It have been probably 6 hours and still 0 reply or any pm, nice support btw, nice "soon"

I get that u're frustrated, but it's sunday. I don't think many "senior staff members" work on sundays over at GGG. If u didn't care for ur account for a year, I think u have a day or two to wait for an answer.

Support staff are 24/7, the mistake you are making is that "senior" staff would do nothing more than what has already been done.

Which is to lock the account until they can verify that the OP is the account holder and that will be done over multiple security questions and only when it is the OP's turn as they would be in a queue along with everyone else.

To get hacked in this game you not only have to have your game account details stolen but your email account details (because of the unlock code) as well.
That part of security can be disabled but only after you contact support and answer the same sort of questions that the OP is going to be getting soon.

FYI if you get hacker the "hacker" upon retrieving the unlock code from your email would delete it, sometimes they are lazy and don't go further than that but sometimes they empty the trash as well.

At the end of the day OP needs to get his email account secured, it is also very likely that if the OP re uses passwords that other stuff will be compromised.
