Constantly freezing on loading screens

I have not seen an error like this before, started maybe a few days after league started. Sometimes it goes through a bunch of loading screens, I can play for a few maps and then gets stuck on loading screen. Sometimes I can't even select my character and it gets stuck on loading screen. The game itself is stable when im able to actually play, not sure what could be the issue.
