The normal mod ordering is "user-friendly" to mixed prefix and suffix in one group and then sorted by sentence length

So that it would never the same as the order in adv mod description. Also, combined stat are unbind in adv mod description

So that you request is never able to implement, or probably the best you get is turn off that QOL
