impossible to identifiate without Epic games

I want to change from epic game store launcher to the normal launcher, in my account page i have to send an email adress , and after this adress must be validated by epic , but the automatic redirection to epic validation page is broken ( dark screen ) .Can you help me to register an email adress and after remove the epic connexion . thanks
