Constant CPU Overload on Loading PoE or entering Zones

Hello,

after i bought myself a new computer, iam constantly running into some kind of CPU issues.

When i start the game via Steam the CPU load jumps to 100 percent and over 95 degrees in hwinfo. In the same time my background music in Chrome stops for a few seconds while reaching 100 percent load. The same problem appears also while chaning zones ingame. All components are 1 month old and working in all other games ive testet so far (Elden Ring, Metro Exodus).

Ryzen 7600X
Asus TUF Gaming B650 Plus Wif
32 GB G.Trident Z5 Neo
KIOXIA Exceria Pro M2
Sapphire 7900 GRE
Be quiet Pure Power 12 750
Be quiet Pure Loop 2 FX
Be quiet Pure Base 500 FX

Is there something i can do or is this a common problem?

Got same problems with CPU on 7800x3d. 4090 is fine -65°C. But when I'd change location even to small hideout my CPU is burning
