can somebody please help me? this is my latency on singapore server which is the closest server to where i am (and where i normally play on other games)

I play other games like dota 2 and I dont lag at all so I was wondering whats up with poe servers idk what to ask my isp to fix this
this is specifically a poe problem for me, i have 600mbps on fast.com and speedtest.net and would usually sit around 4ms on dota 2
