automatic e-mail problem

Hey,
I have a problem with POE, when I request an e-mail with the unlock code, directly from the game. For the last 7 days, I am on various discussions with support, to remove this security check, but no one told me why I do not receive the automatic e-mails. Has anyone encountered this before?

You receive the email when your IP address changes for some this happens daily

The issues seem to start around the times of league launches and a large number are sent out which can be seen as spam by some email providers (hence white listing)

But to jump into disabling the account security feature is NOT the best idea.

You could try playing through steam which uses the same type of security as PoE bit with a bit wider range on the IP address before it gets locked
