South African Servers Big ISSUE

Hey guys

It seems for the past two weeks every day at around 17:30 it has been almost impossible to play on the South African servers, I am not sure what the issue is, but I am guessing it's because it can't handle the traffic since that is usually around the time people get home after work and have settled in for a gaming session. My friend has the EXACT same experience, he lives close to JHB and myself in CPT. The game ping is fine until you enter a map and start killing monsters, as soon as you stop the lag spikes stop. It also feels like the game is slowed down quite heavily. For example, doing a legion everything is going so slow, and by the time you get only half the monsters killed the timer on the screen has run out. However, the server is behind and you can continue killing legion monsters, and then suddenly the legion ends long after the timer has disappeared.

Please does anyone know what is wrong, or who to contact? Are the relevant people aware of this ongoing issue?
