Map scrying

Someone else has probably had this idea before me, but why can't the map scrying be a currency item or something like it?
Maybe an item that can only be obtained from the nameless seer? Right now it feels like i am farming maps i dislike just to have the chance of him spawning so i can farm in maps that i like.
Why can't we then spend a boatload of our currency on achieving the same without having to run maps that you don't want to run just so we can add a bit more profits.
And yes i know i can just play the maps i like without scrying, But i like shiny drops. (Also this is what i've been doing for most of the league so far). And at a certain point dropping divine orbs just doesn't feel that shiny anymore. And also it feels very frustrating to have him spawn three times in a day in maps you don't want, but never spawn when you are doing the map you want.
Anyways it would be interesting to hear/see other players thoughts on this.
