PS5 EU servers lagging

Hi everyone.
It's a long time issue, as I had same lags 6 months ago and now.
Just unreal to play any maps on EU servers, as they are lagging 24/7.
No opportunity to connect to Washington server and Moscow server is not working for ukrainian players.
How exactly I can fix ping or when servers will be working well?
