game unplayable crazy lag/rubberbanding

crashed in a t16 and after logging back in the game has become unplayable with 30-minutes delays, crazy rubberbanding/screenjumping all around. Please help me, i want to play!

still cant play, the network bar next to my FPS bar is just maxed out and bounced down to half periodically for a split second then back to max.

update: switched to another computer and back, it appears to have resolved the issue.
