Lagging in Maps

Hi - I am currently having issues with lag when i am in maps. Connecting to towns etc. seem fine, ping is stable at 40ms. But when i go into a map its 400+

I ran WinMTR before i connected on the map and on the town. The town seemed fine but the map looked ugly. Below is the IP when i loaded into the map:
