Account locked (accessed from another location)

Hi, I got a message that my account is locked and that I need to enter a code that will come in the mail, but I don't remember the password for it and can't enter the code. I can get the code here, on the off site, if it is possible or, say, somehow specify a new e-mail, but unfortunately I have no access to that one. Can you help me with this somehow?
