Constantly timeout on the website because we play in the same network

Hello,

So when I am playing alone and no one else in the house is playing POE I don't have any type of issues with the trading webside, but when some friend or my girlfirend are playing with me, we all get timeout on the trade website, and this is really annoying.

We have been banned for 30 minutes from the trade website after looking at 10 different items.

Is there anything that we can do so that this doesn't happen?
