CRASH WHEN POISON ORB (from monster) DROPED

I keep crashing whenever the poison orb (spawn when monster died) dropped to the ground.
No warning window, nothing happened, the game just close and jumped out to desktop.

Memory: 32768MB RAM


The game run smoothly, until that "poison orb" or "caustic orb" appear.
