read if you are crashing on zoning

I was crashing to desktop for the last couple of weeks. it would happen when going to any different zone.

intel 19-4900kf
4070 ti super

I downloaded intel extreme tuning utility. Then lowered performance core ratio to 53x. have not crashed in 48 hours. Don't know if was coincidence or what. but it seems to be working. Should at least give it a try.
