Names and name generation

One of the biggest obstacles in starting a new game in PoE or any RPG is coming up with a character name. I say this as someone just coming back to action rpgs after a hiatus.

Unfortunately in path of exile too many names are taken. I've noticed even some gibberish asdfgd type names exist, probably by people frustrated that they can't even name a character.

Contrast this with Blizzard that basically lets you pick any (reasonable) character name because the names are unique per account rather than game wide.

This is something they should really think about for PoE 2.

I don't want to have to name a character NameAhdhdhfhfhfh just to start a game!
