Suggestion - Jewels for Atlas Passives Tree

Hi,

Pretty much self-explanatory title, would be glad to know anything regarding this idea. Like was it rejected by GGG, or it's in oven already and GGG cooking an insane 4.0.

I have seen some unique jewels for atlas on internet that are okay, but I'll be blown away if we get magic and rare jewels for atlas. Imagine +# to atlas skill points or #% increased effect of Explicit Modifiers on your Maps or #% increased Rarity/Quantity of Items found.
