Settlers enchant does not work Ps5

So i tried to use new enchant [7-10]% increased Fire Damage per 1% fire resistance above 75%. My character has over 300% res and my dps didn't increase nor for spells or attacks. I also checked by changing my fire resistance but dps still didn't change.

If im right if i would have 375% fire rest, with 10% inc fire dmg per 1% res i would have 3000% increased fire damage - i should notice damage increase.

This enchant does not use the words "overcapped" or "uncapped" as you see on some other items.

Because of this, the maximum possible increase is 15 * 10, or 150% increased, if you have 90 max fire res.

If you have 75 max fire res (or lower), then the enchant literally does nothing, no matter how much overcapped res you have.
