Constant ping/latency-spike issues

Eversince I logged on today, I had ping spikes ranging from 200 up to 4000, normaly my ping is ~25-30.

Things I tried so far:
-restart: pc, router, fully disconnected router for a few minutes from the power line
- tried diffrent Realms
- play diffrent games: no ping spikes there
- use vpn: still ping spikes, also this happend:

Don't worry, lots of people with good connections are suffering issues.
GGG thinks it's normal to have this many issues, including game crashes.
And I am not being sarcastic. It's very clear that all they want is to push new content, and that's it.
Just face this reality.
