[Settlers] Lag spikes

Had no lag issues for the start, leveled fine, completed story, got into yellow maps before it started happening. It's getting more frequent and completely unplayable. imgur screenshots of lag spikes, with graph proving it's not PC specific. No other game or internet usage results in this it's POE and POE only.
