Latency Issue

network Spike today goes up to 10k , 1st time normally its ok

SSD Samsung evo 500GB Gen 4
Processor intel i5 12600kf
GPU 1080ti

Network 600mbps

in game Frame i set to 40 max
MS 25
CUP around 15
GPU around 3 Ideal
Vram 1.1 GB
Memory 5.7


Tried off sound from documents > games > poe > config file
Tired change some network settings
Tried off all micro transactions
Tried restart Router PC and network(called ISP)
Tried change resolution different settings
-Lock Step Predictive

result today same
Issue started only today

before this i had no issue
