Awakened PoE Trade can be use?

Hi there, I'm a newbie here. Just nearly finished 10 act. I tend to download the Awakened PoE Trade to tracking the price of items in game. But I saw that some people on facebook said that they was banned because they used this (or in fact b/c they rmt I don't know lol). So I want you guys help me to confirm this information.

In general, we do not encourage the creation or use of third-party tools because they provide advantages for players that use them. I'm afraid, due to the dynamics of our policies, we're unable to guarantee if a tool is allowed or would remain allowed in the future. I would recommend refraining from creating or using any program that automates gameplay or does more than one action with a keystroke or mouse click as well as anything that interacts with the game client to provide an advantage over other players or provide information that isn't normally visible. " They were lying, it was nothing to do with Awakened PoE Trade, given away by the fact that there are many many players using it and not getting banned. Anyone claiming they were banned because of it are trying to fool you and GGG support. The answer GGG give on any addon or script is basically the safe answer that will reduce work. Basically if they stated that Awakened PoE Trade was ok to use and then Awakened PoE Trade changed in a way that breaks the ToS and they started banning people there would be a shit storm from idiots that would be casting up a post from years previous saying something was OK and demanding to be unbanned....it's more work, a pain in the ass and can potentially let actual cheats get away with it.
