Performance issues

Hello,

I have a problem with the game, nothing load, my fps go below 30 fps frequently loading screens take more time

my pc specs are :
MB : Asus prime M450A-II (updated)
GPU : Rtx 3060 Ti
Cpu : ryzen 5 3500x 6-core 3600MHz
RAM : 32 Gb
OS : Windows 10(x64) version 10.0.19045 Build 19045

The game is on my Nvme SSD but i tried to install on my other SSD and nothing changes

What i've done :
- Disabled XMP (didn't work)
- overclocked my CPU (Didn't work)
- uninstalled and reinstall differents drivers from Nvidia (didn't work)
- deleted shader cache file (didn't work + made it worst)
- set the shader cache on nvidia configuration panel to 1 gb 10 gb and unlimited (didn't change anything)

I have everything on low and i also tried different loot filer hided the one on the ground what can i do to fix this ?

People have the same problem and i didn't found a solution on other people thread (even reddit) so i'm trying to do my own thread
