Can't verify my email (problem has been solved)

Hi, its been 2 weeks or so and i can't veryfing my email for technical problem with my email website freemail and want to just change it to gmail.
The support are doing nothing i feel like, its has been 2 weeks or so and they just asking the same thing back to back even tho i have acces to my account and my email [Removed by Support]

(Problem was soled by the support manually changing my email.)

Hi, i have been talking with the support for the last 2 week and they just asking me back to back the same information and to create another throwaway account and next day the same message just this time with "I'm afraid we are not able to use an additional account created before this request was made for security reasons." but still asking the same thing ?!

I'm dealing with the same sort of runaround at this point. I've verified 6+ pieces of account information, my debit card info, steam purchases, etc and now being asked to created junk accounts and login with junk characters.

The process for this is more than a bit stupid.

I tried to change email because I lost access to my old one.

Now I get a code SEND TO THE LOST EMAIL. Wth

4 days of Emails 6 in total and nothing changes

How can I get a code if it's send to an Email I lost 8 year ago.

I have my code, just remove the verification code / NR send to my OLD E-Mail

so I can play without the code from Email or change to new Email

Too old to start all over again ...

I have ascces to my email and my poe account and thous people cant even understand im not getting any verification mail to my email and just want to change my email address its even has the same name then the one i want to change it.
Right now i have a 16 thread mail with them and they just delay the problem and just repeat the same question and didnt wanna solve the problem.

One of the most incompetent support i ever dealt with.
