High temperature on CPU

Hello Exiles !
My spec :
7800x3d + Arctic liq freezer 360
Rtx 4090
Psu 1000W
X670E tuf
32 GB 6000 MHz cl 30.
Windows 10 pro.
Problem ...
When I change locations map -> hideout for example my CPU Burns ... Temperature goes 85° C or even higher. Time to time game getting closed without any error.
When I do 5ways // juiced maps its 65-75°C max .
Fresh windows , new bios , new PoE client ,
Tried Vulcan/dx11/dx12 , Vsync on/off, FPS cap to 100, diffrent resolutions(4k,2k,fhd), diffrent graphic options.

Room temperature 20-22°C




Undervolting -30 on all cores , c-state enabled.
Ram tested with memtest , CPU with prime95+ occt.

Got no idea what to do next...
