Game crashes when entering Sailor's Folly

This is the second time it happens to me.
As soon as I click the portal my game crashes to desktop. Now the portal is gone and I lose my crew and shipment.

This is so frustrating. Bad design to say the least. I keep losing my stuff and getting no chance to fight the boss because of something out of my control.

How about adding a button to start the encounter once inside the instance? Only after that the portal should be gone for good. This will prevent a crash while loading from ruining everything.
