Currency exchange closed?

So the currency exchange randomly started doing this? I'm on a level 90, so I don't understand the level 25 part. If I add stuff to sell, no matter what it is, I get this. The martket ratio stays on 'Retrieving info' and I can't post anything. I am not muted.
