"Unlock code" email not showing up...and no help via mail support so far...
Good evening,
i wrote some mails to the support, but i am still stuck with my problem... Since an internet problem last Thursday, i cant receive any unlock code or verification emails at all on the mail address which is linked to my account. I tried to change the linked email address, but well, cant switch my Path of Exile account to another mail provider...cause no verification mail is arriving. Same goes for linking the account to Epic Games or Steam...not possible without having a functionable mail address. I tried anything possible to convince GGG that this account belongs to me since i started playing, but no chance, no response since yesterday... Honestly, i really answered any question they had so far and as you can see, i can log into my account on the homepage. I dont know what else to do :-(. All other verifications i had to do worked without any problem at all (Discord, Epic Games and so on...). I would really really love to play this awesome league again.
