Game Crashes

Hello there,

PC Specs:
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 4GB
Intel Core i7 6700 3.2 Ghz

Game starts crashing when opening stash tabs, entering maps or using skills randomly, sometimes once per day, sometimes multiple times per day.

All I get as an error is either device disconnected or missing:
