Keep getting banned. Any suggestions welcome as to what could be wrong on my side <3

I would like to describe how I "play" PoE as it does not violate the terms of use according to my knowledge. But I did make one mistake while creating the first account as you will see below. Hopefully anyone has any suggestions as to what I can do differently so a new account does not get banned <3

1. I used to have a PoE account that was deleted per my request. I had to focus on some IRL stuff and thought this action would help with that :D I have checked and this account has indeed been deleted.

2. I want to come back to PoE. Didn't have a Windows PC and tried to play through Steam on Linux. The game didn't run for me on Linux. The client would always crash so I have never played on that account.

4. I decide to buy a second hand Windows PC running Windows 11 so I can play PoE again. PoE runs on this PC. The Windows 11 has no bloatware. I have only installed 3 apps. Firefox, PoE and a standalone offline game that I play every now and then. I have also uninstalled all the Microsoft apps and I have disabled the ones that I could not uninstall.

5. I need an account so I create one through the PoE website. I think I have accidentality created this account from behind a work VPN.

6. I login with this account. Level up to level 40 in the standard Settlers of Kalguur league. As soon as I hit level 40 I get banned by the system. My appeal through the website is denied.

7. I create another account. This time I take care not to go through a VPN. Level up to level 40 again. This time in the Hardcore SSF Settlers of Kalguur League. Get banned again. Appeal gets denied.
