How am i unlock my acc ?

My acc being locked becoz of login in other location.
it said i need a code from GGG's email to unlock
But somehow i couldnt receive any email from GGG
except the Support team one (support@grindinggear.com)
i did tried to contact them but seem like not working

i wanted to change my email but it need the origin email to confirm
and the origin email couldnt receive GGG's email

now i am stuck in the situation that i am correctly login my acc
but
i cant login the game without that code from email
i cant receive any GGG's email to unlock my acc
i cant change other email to receive GGG's email

WHAT SHOULD I DO ? PLEASE HELP

i actually seeking for help 2days already,
they kept sending the email to me but i couldnt receive any.
i told them other than the support@ is nothing in my mailbox.
but looks like i didnt tell them clearly.

Can we solve the problem here?
In email they took me a day to reply.
