Game crashes when playing with a particular friend

When i join a friend of mine in game my game tends to crash every map sometimes multiple times a map.
It does crash once in a while even without this friend in party but when he joins its a constant thing.
I've tried changing all the graphic settings down to the minimum. changing between all 3 renderers. all combinations i could think of and the problem persists.
I've also tried updating the bios as i saw someone say that worked for them as well as change the 3d settings in nvidea panel to perfer maximum performance for poe.
I've also deleted the cache renders and checked integrity of game files.
As specs go:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 9 7950X
Memory: 32 Gb
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti

As you can see on the reliability window i was playing with this friend last night ultid 00:21 and i joined him again today soon before 19:39. I play a lot with some other friends and this issue isnt as persistent (one crash the entire day at 17:23) and i've been online since 11 am.
