Hi,

Have observed that around 9:XXPM (GMT+8) to 10:XXPM (consistent pattern since the league start), my instance ip were always routed to netherland (23.109.123.227, 23.109.123.87, etc)

This results in very bad latency (unplayable)

Please check if this is intended?
