Hey there, as V4ldaran has mentioned you may have upgraded to the pack using a previous pack or Point Packs. You would only receive the difference in content between the pack you own and the desired pack. If this is not the case, please contact us at support@grindinggear.com along with your account name and a few character names so that we can look into this further for you.
