Lost microtransactions after linking steam account

So, today I decided to get back into PoE, so I made a new character and purchased a currency stash tab and the first blood starter pack. Everything was fine until I wanted a loot filter, and tried to link my steam account to this site. Apparently I had an old account from 2013 that had already been linked, so it transferred my decade old character over to my steam account. So I now have a decade old character and none of the items I purchased earlier. Hopefully I can get new items or a refund.
