Game crashing on Cold River Map

Cold river map level 8 (yellow rarity) on the bosses with maven selected and it keeps crashing my client when i try to enter the portal. Goes to a load screen then takes me back to login screen. does not consume the portal. This is the second map I have attempted. Both with Maven. Rip 4 chaos paid for the maps. Hope we can figure out a fix id like to complete it.

Did you put a portal on the stairs to the boss arena?
