Account private

So im trying to import my character into POB. Pob is telling me my account is private.
Ive gone into account privacy and unchecked the boxes to no avail.
I log into Poe through steam, ive tried importing using both my poe account name and steam name, steam name is someone elses account.

Does anyone know how i can sort this issue?

Also I keep on getting disconnected from the trade site...

I can import both of your accounts and characters into PoB without issue. Make sure that you are entering your account name in the first box, and that PC is also selected.

did you wait for a few minutes before trying to import after making it public? it should work now, I can import your builds

I waited a few days since i changed privacy setting's and it works now.
