Can you try loading into a new area or a new instance of a town or your hideout to see if this helps to refresh your stash allocations when accessing the stash?

It looks like you have the upgraded tab as well as the extra tab in that screenshot. Is it possible you intended to purchase a Premium Stash Tab instead of an Upgrade to Premium Stash Tab? If so, you'll need to contact our team at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into possible solutions with you.
