Crashing at Karui shores and near anything to do with syndicate league

So i have just gotten to maps but every time i go near the map tables at Karui shores to do the quest to unlock maps the game just crashes. I also had this issue when going near anything to do with syndicate league during the campaign.

I have cleared cache in Appdata>Roaming>Path of Exile, i have verified game files on steam, i have updated my graphics drivers, i have tried all the rendering options, put everything to low settings, ran game as administrator, changed Nvidia's shader cache size to unlimited but no luck.

I can play the game fine everywhere else but at the map tables at Karui shores and any syndicate content. If anyone knows what else i can do then please let me know.

CPU: Intel core i7-8700k 3.70GHz
GPU: Nvidia RTX 4080
Installed RAM: 32GB

Hi, the first two troubleshooting options that come to mind are:

Try installing the standalone client to rule out a problem with your steam installation and files.

Last is to try rolling your Nvidia driver back to 552.22 April release.

I'll keep digging and update if I find other suggestions.

I wasn't able to do whats in the video as i'm not that technical but one of the comments of that video said to disable multithreading and that seemed to help! I can finally start mapping now, thanks for the help!

I am Having this problem too. My character died in Map and then respawn in karui shores and the game just crash in the loading screeing of karui shores. Anyone have a solution ?
