Japan Server is awful every evening

Every day once it hits late afternoon/early evening, the Japan server becomes unplayable. Ping spikes in the 100's every 2 seconds. Need to play on Singapore with predictive to make the game playable. Would appreciate some kind of response/acknowledgement from GGG that isn't the usual "routing issue".

Really sucks not being able to play with low ping, but I guess this will be yet another league of radio silence since it's not EU/NA servers.
