Gem idea - Transfigured Convocation

We need a way to renew link skills on minions.
My proposal is to create a Transfigured Convocation.

Tooltip:

"

Recalls all minions that are following you to your location, and renew link skill on them. They lose life for a period.

Gem effect:

"

Base duration is 3.00 seconds
Lose 1% of Life per second

What are your thoughts?
Should link skills be usable/sustainable on minions?

Any idea how to improve link skills on permanent minions?

its quite a lot of work (from the one time i briefly invested into trying links) with a lot of minions say 6 spectres to be reasonable to keep those links active while managing their positioning and yours.

the convocation alternate is a fun idea, its probably the closest thing we'll get to permalink besides if they add a unique with some appropriate downside.

Less tanky minion builds would probably have to bulk up a little bit to make use of it which i think is good, I'm not sure about most other peoples builds but if i lost 1% minion regen or more i'd probably start losing my pets but thats mostly by design, why have 4% if i only need 3% for the hardest content just for example.
