because the issue lies with your internet provider...GGG cant do a thing about it.
You can avoid the issue by running it through a vpn.
Its the only fix i know of.

^ I don't really know if I believe this, if it was related to ISP it wouldn't only be occurring in certain instances, and it'd be noticed in other games. It's almost certainly on the GGG side of things specifically how they're routing traffic to particular instance server nodes for a lot of the bigger ISPs.
