[MTX] I want use TWO character effects, like I can use TWO weapon effects

At the moment, we can use only ONE (1) character effect. Is it possible for engineering to let us use more than one character effect?

Similar, how we can equip TWO (2) MTX effects for our weapons.

e.g. I would like to use my Golden Character effect and Midnight Pact Character effect, together.
