Extremely high CPU usage that's melting my CPU and making the game unplayable.

So I have always been used to playing Poe with 20-35 fps due to a garbage computer.
I recently got a new one that is far superior tto my old one but I'm stil having the same problem.
CPU usage get really high and temp gets really hot and the performance tanks.
I get a TON of stuttering and getting 30-40 fps in maps.
In my hideout it's no problem but the moment I start to attack monsters the performance goes to shit.
Can someone please help

My brother I've been dealing with the same issue. In hideout i have 250 FPS and while I map i get to 40-50 sometimes... rtx 4080 super btw. Let me know if u manage to find a fix
