Query regarding dynamic resolution

Since I started the league, I've been playing with my laptop on the road since I work remotely, and I wanted to relax in my free time.

The features aren't great but I always managed to play quietly thanks to the great dynamic resolution and the lowered graphics settings:

The thing is that currently whenever I play the game it doesn't activate the dynamic resolution and it drops me to 7 fps or 2 solid constantly in each combat during the maps, whereas before in other leagues before dropping like this I always played at 27 or 30 fps with the dynamic resolution activated.

I hope you give me a solution or many options of what it could be, I really appreciate how beautiful the league is and I would like to be able to play it calmly like the previous ones.
