After a crash game doesnt register clicks on 70% of my screen. Need Help plz

I was doing a random T1 Blighted map, I had a game crash and after re opening the game the entire bottom and left side area of my screens are unclickable and the cursor changes from the poe cursor to windows regular cursor, I've tried fixing it by switching resolutions, steam validate files, uninstalling and reinstalling but I just cant click anywhere. One thing to note is that this happens once I log into karui shores or any zone it will stop registering those sides of the screen.

Yes I have 2 monitors but I tried switching from the "Display" setting to my other monitor but I still get the same issue on my 2nd monitor.

The game has become unplayable literally since I cant get maps from my stash tab to run them, and some parts of my inventory are even affected by this and I cant move them at all.

Update, only thing that made the screen work again is switching from D12 to Vulkan, but that makes my game crash in less than 5 min non stop since the start of the league so while I can click the screen the game continues to be unplayable for me.
